Day 1

Departure for Chitral

• Departure for Chitral. (approx.10 to 12 hours) • Short stays on the way. • Reach Temargarah and transfer to the jeep. • Travel through the Lowari Tunnel, which is about 10.4 km long, thatconnects Dir and Chitral. • Reach Ayun. • Ayun is the closest village to the Kalasha Tribes, and also a beautifulvalley to experience and explore. • Overnight stay in the Ayun Fort, which has beautiful botanical gardens,and its location offers a bird-eye view of the valley and river.

Day 2

Visit to Rumbur and Bumburet

• Breakfast at Ayun Fort. • Travel to Rumbur Valley. • Explore surrounding areas. • Meet the local people of Kalash. • Learn about their culture and rituals. • Evening activities include a bonfire and traditional dances. • Travel to Bumburet. (Approx.1.5 to 2 hrs.) • Visit to Bumburet. • Exploration of Bumuret. • Visit the Kalasha Graveyard. • Explore the Town Centre, experiencing the local way of life and capturing the essence of the Kalash community. • Overnight stay at the hotel in Bumuret.

Day 3

Explore Bumburet and Chitral city

• Breakfast at the hotel. • Visit the local museum. • Explore the Kalash Museum to gain insights into the rich history, traditions, and customs of the Kalash people. • Visit Krakal Bumborate. Explore the handicraft shops. • Departure for Chitral. (Approx.2hrs) • Explore Chitral Town • Visit Chitral Fort, the ancient kingdom's capital • Explore the premises of the fort and Shahi Mosque. • Attend ongoing polo match .(if available) • Experience the thrilling polo event at Chitral Town • Stay overnight in Chitral.
